Shipping policy

Free Eco-friendly shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.

This is the shipping method with the smallest carbon footprint and we encourage all customers to take advantage of free standard shipping to reduce their carbon footprint when receiving the product.

Where do we ship to:

Currently, we ship to the continental United Kingdom only. We’re working on expanding to more regions soon, join our mailing list to be the first to know!

Returns policy

If for any reason you find that our product is not for you, just return it to us for a full refund. Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Exceptions

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return

Please email info@cleesse-eco.co.uk with the following:

  1. Subject line “RETURN: order #xxxxx”
  2. Provide a brief description of the issue
  3. Attach a photo of the current state of the product

We will respond back with all details and shipping information to help complete the return as quickly and efficiently as possible.
